LED880 Controller compatibility

Anyone know if the 880 led display unit can be used with an S-06S sine wave torque simulation controller, and if not, why not.

I can confirm that it should be compatible.

Yes, I was thinking so. My LED890 works fine with this controller, and the only difference between the 890 and the 880 displays seems to be the speed indicator.
