Not really, the power is often expressed legally in kilowatts regardless, whether electric, petrol, diesel etc.

Need lots of those to climb a hill with 100 kg plus to get up there, and wouldn't be very popular with pedestrians in the high street!

Not too easy to express kg of thrust as kW of drive for legal purposes either.
