Looking to buy a spare / 2nd battery

For my “FORME Buxton 2” it’s a budget / entry level electric cycle.

The battery that it has installed when I bought it new.

Joycube JCEB360-11.6
DC36.0V 11.6Ah 417.6Wh

I haven’t contact the store yet to see how much they would charge for an additional battery, So thought I’d ask here first.

(Question: would I have to get the exact same battery again or could I get a more powerful battery with more range that will work?)
