Hi I have got a 2021 carrera vengeance Espec and I'm having a couple of problems with it
1st is when the motor is working it doesn't matter what mode it's in the bike just wants to do it's top speed 15mph, I can't ride at say a steady 10mph unless I keep stop pedalling,

The second problem is the motor keeps just making a buzzing noise and not giving any assistance, if I stop pedalling and keep starting pedalling it eventually cuts back in

I have been looking at replacing the motor which I have found another one but I'm not sure if it will solve my problems

Any advice would be great
Thanks Iain

When the motor buzzes like that, there's a very high chance of consequential damage, so you shouldn't do anything that causes the controller to send power to it. There are many possible causes, but most likely is a connection issue, so check the connector on the left chainstay very carefully, then check the cable for damage.

Hi thanks for the advice, I unplugged everything and plugged it all back in and it all seems fine now
All the different modes seem to be working to
So thanks again
