Hi

After seeking much advice etc (see battery advice thread http://www.pedelecs.co.uk/forum/threads/battery-advice.16767/) i finally placed my order with GBK. I had email correspondence with them before hand to check that the 36 v rack battery i wanted http://www.greenbikekit.com/lithium-battery/li-ion/36v-lithium-ion-rear-rack-battery.html was in stock, they confirmed they had one last one remaining and sent me a picture of it so i could check dimensions for fit on my bike. The order came today with some other bits i ordered but with a bottle battery! I have sent them an email asking them to let me know how they plan to resolve this......just wondering what my rights are etc...if i have to return it, for them to send me the correct one am i liable for the postage etc?

thanks in advance :)

I would wait for their answer. If it's not very satisfactory, I would put the battery on ebay and ask them to make good my loss with some other items on the next order. Don't buy an item unless they have loads of it in stock.
