Pendleton battery query

Hi my wife has a Pendleton Somersby
It’s not been used for a while
The battery shows it’s fully charged green lights, the charger shows red then immediately green but when on the bike there is no power to rear wheel any ideas as to how to test the battery or revive it?

Battery BMS may be in sleep mode (some have this option) , long press the on/off button for 20/30 secs to see if it works. Other wise consult a user manual , plenty free ones online.
According to Halfrauds manual if the battery is in sleep mode , insert the charger and turn on to wake the BMS.
