Just a mention about Phil at Powerpedals and his great customer care.
The ratchet went on my Tonaro Enduro and I contacted Phil at Powerpedals and told him.
3 days later I was in my shed with an idiots guide of how to fix it and 2 ratchets. Phil sent an extra one as a "Just in case" for Jannies Compy.
Ten minutes later I was off on a 30km ride in beautiful October weather through the Danish countryside.
No fees, postage charges, nothing.
Phil....thanks mate I appreciate it.
First class service and a first class bike.
