My handlebar controller on a 2010 Kalkhoff ProConnect S had recently developed a fault. The full capacity battery indicator light blinks/goes out intermittently (e.g. When turning handlebars and flexing the cable harness) when the battery has a full charge. I've think the fault lies with a break in some wire in the cable going to the controller. These cables are secured to the forks and I think over the years, one wire must have flexed too much with all the turning. The light doesn't seem to affect any performance, and my question is, is it something I shall have to deal with, or is it merely and inconvience?. Does anyone know the wiring arrangement of the controller switch, e.g. how many wires, what they do etc. I assume the wires are quite fine/thin ones.
