Problems with tsdz2 torque sensor

Hello.
I just bought and installed a TSDZ2 kit, on my city bike and when it works, it works great. That is, about 50% of the time.

The problem I found is a significant delay from when I first apply torque to the pedal and when it starts working. In "good" conditions it is something like half a second, but it is very erratic, up to a few seconds. I counted up to ten pedal turns in some cases. Of course when you are in the middle of a street crossing this is not pleasant at all.
I set it to "Turbo" mode and used the hardest crank (42/18) so I can easily feel when it starts, but it works the same with any setting.
When it is at its worst, it gives power only in the active part of the and turns off when I am not actively pushing the pedal.

Had someone else met this problem?
Thank you for any advice (including turnng back the motor)

P.S. Warraty is "send back the motor to China and we will see. Paying both shipments (back and forth)". Someone can suggest a shipper? The chepest I found costs as much as the motor.
