QS-S4 Throttle Lockout

I used to be able to enter the throttle settings list using 6666, now as soon as I switch on I get '____' & entering 6666 does not work.
Does anybody know what is the pin code to unlock?

Still got the problem, so bought another QS-S4 Throttle. The new one shows E10 Error.
Note QS-S4 models ARE DIFFERENT. see pictures & note the new QS-S4 power is via a blue wire!
