Hey!
Im interested to buy a frame VTT with 29+, that is 148*12 rear axle.
but im not sure which rear hub conversion kit to buy for that frame.
first of all, are there some rear hub motors still in the market?, because 29+ is a very new upgrade.

Yes, I understand that the wheel has to be built to the hub, or vice versa.
My frame is 148*12, meaning what for one rear hub motor?

You don't understand. If you have a 12mm axle, it'll be a through-axle with a hole in the frame to pass it through. There is no physical way to install a hub-motor in that type of frame. You need a frame with normal drop-outs for a QR axle if you want to use a hub-motor.

When I say none, I don't mean exactly none. I mean none of the normal motors. Grin make such a motor, but it will be expensive and heavy, and it's only a front motor, no rear:

a mid drive bafang would be a better option for that frame as hub drives dont work well on fs bike anyway

You'll need adaptors and other modifications to fit a mid-drive because of the PF bottom bracket. those sort of frames are a nightmare to convert - not good for a first time conversion.

Start by telling us what you want to do with the bike, then maybe we can help.

Yes, sure. With this project, I want a VTT electric all suspension to ride particularly away from roads (cars, trucks....)
I still thought about a BBSHD but im not sure the BB would fit with it, and I was skeptical about the hanging rear triangle that could hit the engine ... I'm not sure. I have a ebike from myself building, but only mid bafang BBS01B. S, sure, im not an expert but....I still know some things...

Yes, soundwave. I know this possibility, but I want 29wheels.
fs bike is full suspension. 29wheels ... anything above 3 falls under different regulations.

For off-road riding, get a mid motor, and for on-road riding get a rear hub-motor.. You should choose an older frame/donor bike with a conventional 68mm bottom bracket for a first mid-motor conversion.

what do you mean? above 3 what?
Sorry, corrected (and I was being silly). Anything above three wheels ... 29 wheels makes for an interesting cycle.
