Replacement battery for UM55?

Relative newbie here. My apologies if this has been covered before, but I can't find any relevant old threads.

I have just acquired a secondhand Urbanmover UM55 for my wife. It is in great condition, but has a battery of indeterminate performance. It seems ok in general use, but cuts out completely on hills, recovering afterwards.

The battery is a Panasonic 26v 9ah Lithium one, but I can't find a serial number on it. I'd really like to know what my options are for replacing it. Do I have to go back to Urbanmover, or are there other firms out there selling new ones or even re-building old ones?

Any advice would be gratefully received!

You can use any 24v lithium battery (actually 26v) 0f

You can use ant 24v lithium battery of about 10ah or more capacity as long as you can find a way of wiring it's output to your present one's connection point. Their actual voltage is 25.9v, so the same as your present one.
