My Aurora started making a loud crunching noise as it accelerated, once up to speed it went quiet, I opened up the motor and found that a screw had dropped out and was rubbing against the motor casing, luckily it had not got into the nylon gears and no damage was done, refitted the screw with loctite, I found 3 more screws that were loose so they also treated with loctite.
