I've just inherited an unused Carrera Subway E with Suntour HESC fitted that is displaying a flashing 00 error on the display (this is a small display which shows MPH in red digits).
I think this indicates a controller or display error? Battery is charging normally and all connections seem to be OK; I've dropped the controller out of the bottom of the frame to confirm this.
Are there any common faults that may be the cause of this?
Bike was originally bought online from Cycle Republic but I've not yet checked if the warranty is honoured for a second owner.
