Hi, I was looking to add support to my BBS02 battery and incorporated my crud catcher bolts.

My down tube has a diameter of 47mm so I bought a 50mm plastic pipe clip.

I had to buy ithe black version online as most stockists only carry grey and white versions.

I drilled a 6mm hole in the middle of the clip and used a longer than standard bolt.

Loctite was used in the top of the bolt to secure it in place, the rear gear cable fits inside the clip.

I could have cut the clip to size but could not be bothered to be honest.

The disadvantages of not cutting it is you have an area mud could collect, the advantage is you have more support material.

I hope this helps somebody.
