It's been quite a while I've had my 2nd Gen Swytch Pro kit on my Brompton and it has been a pretty reliable after they replaced they controller. Anyway, sadly, today's the day, pretty much exactly 5 years later, I noticed the hub no longer freewheels when the power is disengaged. It still works, there not obvious noises or anything but there's a noticeable slowdown when there's no power going to it. With the battery disconnected, if I give it a spin with my hand, it'll spin for about a turn or two before stopping. From memory I think it used to totally freewheel in one directed but there was a little resistance when trying to spin it in the other direction. Is this someone with a bit of bike servicing experience can sort out or is likely to be electrical?

Can I just give the motors innards a bit of a clean/grease-up or would it be more of a case of getting someone to look at it or worse case scenario replacing it? I'm pretty confident with taking things apart and have a fair few bike tools but if it's likely that I'm going to need hard-to-find parts, I'd rather get a pro to look at it.

At the same time, if all it needs is clean, I's rather do it myself.

Before I put the effort into tracking down any extra tools I might need (3 prong puller maybe?), what sorts of issues causes could cause these symptoms and just how easy are they to take apart? Professor Google suggests it's a custom Bafang swxk5 designed for Bromptons but I'm sure people here would know better if that wasn't the case.
