Test ride anywhere in the Northwest

Hi Guys

I have been lurking around the site for some time trying to decide on what setup to purchase for my 10 mile each way commute. Think I have made my mind up now but I would like to actually like to test a 250w hub motor to see how it will perform. I understand it varies from kit to kit and bike to bike. Is there anywhere in the Northwest (Wirral) that I can do this?

I'm trying to work out if a 250w hub motor is going to be good enough for what I need. I realise that's it's not going to propel me up steep inclines but would be good to know what assistance it will give me and how sweaty I will be when I get to work.
