Positive yes, but oddly biased. Plugging Smug e-bikes which we've never heard of, the mythical Brompton e-bike, the Gocycle and Ebco. Very much fringes of the market or non-existent.

And they really should avoid figures:

Their one in three Dutch bikes sold being an e-bike is nonsense, it's nearer one in eight.

There is no 40 kilo weight limit, it was scrapped well over a year ago.

Their 120,000 e-bikes imported here in 2014/5 is probably almost double the truth.

Just got back from a ride round Berwick on my mythical brompton e bike! It's a spartickle conversion of course.
If I had waited for a genuine brompton e bike I would be more likely to die of old age than get one![emoji1]
