I am adding this to my felt gravel bike there is not room to add the locking bolt on the back that goes between the chain stays, I can not even get it on without even tying to add the top bit, the motor is wedged into my frame so tightly that I don’t believe it will move do I need this, I may need to see if an engineer at work can manufacture me something different

you need to make a your own anti-rotation bracket to replace the one that comes with the kit.
It's usually done with a strip of 3mm thick x 20mm wide flat aluminium bar. Drill two 8mm holes in it and bend it into L shape. You'll need about 100mm in length.
