I have a Topeak Super Tourist DX Disc rack, suitable for bikes with or without disc brakes, and an MTX DXP Trunk Bag with fold out panniers for sale. The trunk bag slides into a rail on the rack and clips securely into place. Just unclip and slide off to remove. All in excellent condition. £25 for the rack and £40 for the bag, or £60 for both together. Can be collected from the Cardiff/Newport area or I’m happy to post if you pay the postage.
