Short answer is yes , you could remove the motor and put a higher wattage motor on

But, and it's a really big but, You will also need to change the battery and controller

So IF you can find a battery that fits with a BMS capable of powering a higher wattage motor. And a suitable controller that will fit in the space ....it is possible

But as this is likely to cost significantly in excess of the bike costs in the first place.......i'd have to ask why ?!

The cheapest and best solution would be to sell this bike and buy what you actually want

The hidden battery especially makes upgrading this hard/expensive.

Also, higher wattage would make it illegal in the UK. Just for reference
