Water bottle battery

Has anyone purchased one of these 36V 9AH Water Bottle Type Electric E-bike Li-ion Battery, Panasonic Cells | eBay from or can tell me anything about them please?
I'm looking for a spare for my Pro-Rider E-Wayfarer, they offer replacements (10 amp li-Ion for £289 with a years guarantee but don't have any in 'till next month,
This looks a versitile bit of kit & I also have a cyclone set-up which could use a spare.

Bottle batteries tend to be a lot larger when you see them in the flesh so to speak.

For that sort of money I would consider LiFeP04.
