This isn't really just electric bike related question, more like a general one.
I had weird noises in a back wheel for some time that become more and more loud. It is kind of rubbing that first made me think it is just braking pads touch the disk.
That noise appears only under load. When I hang the bike and rotate the wheel I can't get any of it.
Any suggestions what might be causing that?

Bike is Haibike amt Pro with crank brothers wheels.

Worth checking if the wheel is buckled and/or if the tyre is very close to the frame on the side opposite to the chain. Hard pressure under load can sometimes twist things enough for the tyre to touch the frame.
Also check wheel is tight and can't move under load and that wheel bearings are OK though that would be more likely to make a grinding noise.
