Looking at new controller, this one seems to be around the correct size but I have no idea what these options mean.
Can soneone help me choose if I need to buy them for my 8wire motor?

Wuxing brake.
Speed sensor
PAS / with 10 poles / with dual hall sensor.

Also, what does this mean?
"Support speed limit to 70%"

I'll go with the LCD6 and lamp an throttle.

Thanks.

The European Union
- brake levers made by Wuxing
- the external speed sensor needed if your hub motor doesn't have an internal one
- the PAS disk that detects pedal movement, required, I'd go for the 10 magnet one
- there is a wire you plug in which limits top speed

If you have hydraulic brakes the levers are no good so no need to add them to the basket, you will have to select these to the basket.

Your 8 wire motor has no internal speed sensor so you will need this option to plug in.

Any pas sensor will work 10 or 12 poles are better for a smoother signal.
Dual hall is universal and should work on both sides and if back pedalling.

The lamp I use ( you will need the horn/light switch as well), it is good for town use and bright also has integral loud horn as used on fork lifts or powered pallet trolleys. Buy a cheapish suitable voltage rear light and wire it in parallel with the front one, I use a white light on the rear with a red lens/filter added.

Speed limit with the white wires connected 25km/h, unconnected is derestriction though speed can be limited still via lcd settings.

My replacement controller arrived.
Cannot wait to install it with the lcd screen.
Thanks for the info about the white wire.
