I will be ordering a ProConnect-S, and since I wioll not be able to try it for size, I was wondering what thoughts you had on which size I should get for a 5'11", 155 lb person with a 32-33" inseam?
50 Cycles recommended a Large, these are the sizes available:

Small 49 cm
Medium 53 cm
Large 57cm
X-Large 61 cm

I dont know if 53cm would be too small?

The 57 cm sounds easily within your reach Intex, but I don't know if the Pro Connect S has a sprung seatpost and that can add a couple of inches.

Even with that though, your seam measurement should still enable you to reach the large 57 cm size.

Fecn,
I am not sure I understood you, you are 2-3" taller, do you still think the 57" would fit me?
Thanks

I like small bikes, so I would recommend the 53cm. The proconnect has a sloping frame, I think it is always a nicer to have a longer seatpost. The 53cm will be lighter and easier to handle but the 57cm would also work.

Jo

I'm a couple of inches taller, but only 1 inch longer in the leg. I have my seat post adjusted 2 inches up... hence, I reckon the 57cm would be fine for you. The Kalkhoffs are big bikes though and I'm sure that the next size down would also be fine.

I think the Pro-Connect S has a different range of frame sizes from the standard Pro-Connect 45, 50, 55 and 60cm.

This being the case the 55cm frame would probably be best suited to your build.

I am 5' 10" 12st inside leg of 31" and glad I got the Medium 53cm Proconnect as it is just right. I have added a sprung seat post and this has increased the height a little.

Ken,
Thank you for the info- you are right, the ProConnect-S does have different sizing, so would I then be better off with the 55" Frame Size? The next size up would be the 60", maybe too big??

I wonder why 50Cycles does not have a new page up for the "S" Model.

Its that lanky streak, Ronan. He wears heels dont you know, to make me look smaller. Incidently 50cycles told him that he was too big for a 61cm frame, so he bought two 45cms and welded them one on top of the other. sorted.
