Hello all,
I have a standard 36v battery on my bike and it has a USB socket available. The thing is I'm not really sure what I can use it for.
I'm scared to attach anything for fear of doing any damage, not to the battery but to the device. I'm wondering if I can use it to charge the things that I would
normally use a dedicated charger for, namely my camera or my phone, if I get caught out with a low battery . Thanks for any help.

Wow quick response V many thanks. Not really expensive gear but I'd struggle to replace them or get them repaired.
I'll also look into the gizmo that you suggest. Thanks for you help.

Thanks for the link to USB Testers VFR . I have ordered one with a trailing lead . Looks very useful for checking Chargers, as most items I order these days such as Bike Lights , Solar Security Lights etc . are all charged via a USB .
