Help! When Peddling my mantra city led display ebike, the battery does not kick in anyone know why

Trying to cypher you post isn't easy, all it tells us is the bikes electric system isn't working for one reason or another.
The bike uses a TS sensor system so the issue may likely be there with in the TS Bottom bracket/sensor, if they go wrong then replacement unit is needed and a dealer is needed to order a new one.
Though other answers would be useful.
Does the LED display light up at all ?
Does the battery charge ?
Have you got a cheap digital voltage meter to tell us the battery voltage ?
Also how and when did the bike stop working ?
Did you ride it in the rain or leave it out in the rain ?
Has it fallen over, been dropped or had an accident ?
