New to ebikes, but reading up...
I will mostly commute within a city, but also some private land use where I can go faster.
So mostly road plus speed bumps, with a bit of bike path gravel and some cobbled streets.
I'm normally a racing bike rider, so probably lean towards having a lighter bike. But given the electric assist thinking maybe some more weight isn't a big deal, so can have a more stable and comfy ride with say front suspension and wider tyres.
So thinking anything from commuter style ebike to EMBT.
I've seen Cube Hybrids are popular...
I've seen the Decathlon E-ST900 are highly rated, unless I'm mistaken.
But can brand new ones of these be hacked/delimited/derestricted?
I don't mind buying a speedbox etc - I'm pretty technical
Which ones would you guys recommend?
