Does anyone know the frame size of the 705SE? Cannot seem to find it on the Wisper site or this forum.

I suspect the figure would be quite meaningless on it's own, on paper the 905 and the 906 have the same frame size but really the 906 is a fair bit larger.

In what way bigger? Is the 906 longer, or does it just feel bigger due to the 700c wheels?

Hi Tangent, not sure exactly what measurements you need but I've taken following from my 2009 Wisper 705se-

Distance between bottom ends of front and rear forks -46"
26" wheels
distance from ground to top of tube that seat post goes into -29"
Handlebars (I have mine adjusted so that they're as high as poss and as close to saddle as poss) - distance from ground at centre of handlebars 40" and 42.5 " at grips

Hope this helps but let me know if you need any other info

By the way its a great bike, I've only had it for a few weeks but I'm loving it. It's so well built and feels rock solid on the road ,any wobbles are down to the fact that I haven't been on a bike for years, not the Wisper!:)

Thanks TylerD, I was really just after the distance between the centre of the crank shaft and the top of the seat tube, but your other measurements are very helpful.

Someone at work was asking about electric bikes and I thought that the 705 might be good for her. Not sure now though as the 705 seems quite big. Not on familiar enough terms to know her inside leg measurement, but I think it may be too low for the 705. She is about 5' 4" but looks a bit short legged.

The 705se would be a perfect size for her Tangent -I'm the same height and don't have long legs but still have my saddle post up a few inches, so there's still room for adjustment downwards. The fact that its a step-through also makes it very easy to hop on and off
