Wisper 905

I have a wisper 905 torque. When I switch on the bike all I get on the screen is er 30 any solutions. Many thanks.

Wisper 905 Torque fault codes

Has anyone had issues with the 905 Torque? I get error codes 7 and 30 after hills (even minor ones). When the code comes up I have to shut everything down for a few minutes. It will them work but the motor pulses as I turn the peddles. I then shut down for maybe 10 minutes then all is fine until...

Yes I have a error code 30 on my wiper 905 torque. Just spend over £400 getting various other problems fixed now after 30 miles this!!

Blimey, that sounds alot to spend on new parts, what was wrong/broken?

Error 30 is comms error, this means something between the controller and display of which there are only three items. The controller, display or the trunk cable between the pair.

First 2 years was fine just as the warranty expired the problems start. First the controller £278
Then less than 50 miles the bms another £105. Plus servicing and a new front brake calliper. I wouldn't mind but I only ride it to and through to work as I have a dodgy hip. I have worked it out with the little miles I've done with the cost of the bike and repairs its cost me over £2 per mile so far . Running a v8 would of been cheaper!!.
