Worth repairing?

Hello everyone!
I'm new here and looking for some advice....

I have a Viking Harrier electric bike which I have kept in the communal bike shed during the winter as I live in a 4th floor.

Unfortunately someone has tried to steal it by removing the front 20' wheel and also the whole gear mechanism has been literally pulled off from the handlebar :(

My question is would it be worth repairing? I know the chain will also need replacing and probably a few bits and pieces due to wear and tear and being exposed to the weather.

I had it for a couple of years but it seems a waste having to replace it if still can be repaired as bike originally costed about £500 so not sure if it will be worth the money.

If not what would you suggest as a replacement that won't break the bank (for around same price)? Ideally I would like a folding bike light enough to carry up my flat!

Thanks in advance for your help! :)
