Yamaha PW Series ST Settings

I'm really happy with my Haibike MTB Fullseven 4. However, I seem to have got it set to an automatic power setting that alters power to suit the needs of the terrain. All well and good, if that's your cup of tea, but I prefer to set things myself, as the auto function has it on max power too much for my liking.

I thought I'd download a manual. The one Tredz sent is only in German! I'm blowed if I can find one though.

Does anyone have better Google-fu than me, or any idea how to manually set the power level, if possible ?

press and hold the up button to get it out of auto mode.

yes and do the same to turn it back on, if you hold both buttons you can change from km to miles
