Help! Ziyoujiguang T18 el. bike

Hi,

I Just bought a ZIY-OU-GUANG T18, el.. bike and am looking for Maintenance Manual & Spares Catalogue.

I find the straight handlebar very difficult to use due to arthritis and would like to replace them with a curved type if possible.

I find it difficult to pedal it, is it OK if I start off using the throtle alone without pedaling first?
