I've had my Haibike allmtn rc for five years and five thousand miles now and still very happy with it. But looking at the 2021 model I am thinking maybe it's time for a change, the only thing holding me back is that I couldn't cope with a 15 mph limit with the PWX-2 motor. Is any one aware of a suitable dongle. Thanks Izzy.

Hi, Never found a 20 tooth sprocket but would definitely recommend the pro chip if you can find one. It transforms the bike and does away with the horrendous drag a 15 mph. I sold that bike to a relative who still uses it daily. I think you need to be careful how much you spend on the smart bike as I understand that spare parts are hard to find. Enjoy it! Izzy

We all need a bit of love and attention sometimes! Where did you source the narrow wide chainwheel, I have been trying to find a 44t for my sons Haibike but had no joy. Ed

There is a charging port on the bottom left hand side of the battery.

If it's this battery your considering then you will be able to charge it using the charger that came with your bike. I have been using one of these batteries for 2 years and have had no problems and it's still performing well.

Sounds very much like the spoke magnet needs adjusting.

Possibly, my Giant road-E + 1 when using eco mode and pedalling well on flat roads will only use 1% of battery per mile.
