Hi all,I have a KT36 48SVPR-EPO2B Controller I'm finding it difficult to obtain a frame fitting box to put said controller into,most controller boxes I've seen are far to big for the KT36/48v controller I have ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Stevie.

RichB,my ebikes are kept indoors,I treble checked all the connections all clean ,no corrosion,I wipe my ebikes down as soon I can if I've been out in the rain.i was actually thinking of getting a 500c is that display unit okay to be used with a 1000w mid bafang and a 52v 21ah battery,I thought I'd read somewhere that the 500c was no good with a 52v battery ? Hi, thanks for your reply,yes I know switch units are available everywhere,what my problem is how do I know if it's the switch unit or the 850c display unit How can I test each unit separately ?

Just don't hook up the the sensors keep you own brake units on

Hi there, I've got the 850c display unit on my ebike which has it's own connector plug, the button controller also has it's own connector plug a 4 pin blue, the display would not power up,I've hooked up a different display unit a DPC18 which is powering up okay which means I don't have a problem with my battery,the DPC18 is a 1 plug unit with the button controller wired to the display unit,I can't figure out how to find out if it's the 850c display unit or the button controller that has the problem I've checked all connectors all are in good condition. I don't want to fork out for a new display unit if it's only the button controller that has the problem . I'm baffled ☹️ Any help would be much appreciated

I don't use the brake motor cut off sensors, my eyes, ears and brain are my sensors. Motor still works without them.

Hi all, I've had 3 batteries on my self built ebike (all new 52v 20ah) I haven't yet managed to get more than 20 miles from any of them,before the display unit is in the Red for battery voltage, fully charged 58.4v then at 50.0v no green in battery voltage, all red. Motor is a bafang bbshd 1000w mid drive. Most of the time I use throttle on power 9.no off road riding, all on cycle paths and roads. Anyone got any idea on why I'm getting so little mileage?. Hi there, anyone out there sent back a bafang bbshd 1000w mid drive motor for repair to pswpower warehouse in Germany? If yes can you send me the address please. I've been asking Alice via email for the Germany address but without success. The pswpower warranty clearly states that motor repair will be done in Germany, not Chine, yet now I'm being told to send my motor to China for repair (which I will never do). Any help or advice would be much appreciated Stevie.

Hi there, a few months ago I posted a query about my Ebike how it just stopped while out on a ride one day,it's a 350w 36v 13ah fat tyre snow bike, I thought it was the C500 lcd display unit that was faulty, bought a new one, Ebike still not working, then the Ebike forum's suggested it could be the battery, I had a full charge on the battery when it just stopped, then more suggestions it could be the bms, got an Ebike mechanic to put in a new BMS, still no joy, I've since bought a new battery and casing, I put it on my Ebike now at least my lcd display comes on but its flashing bms error code, the lcd display manual does not have a code for "bms error". I've lost count of the times I've checked all the wiring and connectors, they all look okay to me, at a loss now on what to do. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Stevie.

hi, I've taken out the 4 small screws on the back of the unit but it won't open, is it glued? Cheers Stevie.
