  1. All connections are good I checked another controller no errors works perfectly,so I guess it's a case of getting the HALS connection wire sequence correct and the phase wires in the correct sequence. Though it seems to turn smoothly I'm a little confused about the walk mode it's showing 11kmph when on my other controller it's a normal 6kph but maybe the wheel size is wrong correct me if I'm wrong. In pedal assist 1 I see 20 to 30 watts of power while lifting of the ground that is so no excess wattage there it's the phasewires getting warm that's confusing me .
  2. My Bafang controller isn't kicking in I have a LD-BG-AK007 22A 48V . assist sensor is solid red then when I turn the pedals it begins blinking but no reaction from the motor, also when I press- for the walk mode function also nothing but on my display olut says in using 350w of power and wheel isn't even moving. I have a 750c display on a 48v 21Ah 48v 750w Bafang rear hub motor G062. Please anyone know why I'm getting a read out of power when I try to use the walk mode.
  3. Blk to Blk = Gnd. Red to Brown = Voltage supply. Blue to Orange = Return Sw voltage. Grn to Grn = Comms. Ylw to Wh = Comms. No unfortunately it doesn't work it hever even powered on I think orange would be power and not brown but thank you sir .
  4. Wow thanks for the heads up I tried your combination but nothing didn't even power on so I guess instead of brown being power it must be orange. What a learning experience all is I'm loving it.. Who doesn't love a challenge to figure things out to get that final result, that moment when you screen I DID I FIGURED IT OUT.
  5. Aha thank you so much I will try when I receive the new 1T4 cable ,you see it's too long for my bike that's why I'm spliceing it to fit .
  6. I have 1t4 cable and the display wire colours are different than the display connection from my display,as seen in the photos. Can anybody tell me which is the correct combination I'm thinking green to green and black to black but I'm not sure of the other 3 .
  7. I have 5 wires coming from the the Bafang controller display which are Orange, brown ,green ,black and white . From my display which is a Lcd 18c ,i have.red, blue ,black green and yellow. How do I connect them together which is the correct combination any help please .
  8. https://ebikesolution.co.uk/products/bafang-brushless-motor-controller-display-500c-ekd01-36-48v-15-25a-250-750w?_pos=2&_psq=bafang+con&_ss=e&_v=1.0 This is the website i bought the controller from 48v 22A as you can see yes it has a higo 3 pin connector containing red black and white wires for the pass sensor,if I understand you correctly I cut off the higo connector from the controller side. then cut the pedal assist side and solder the wires together hopefully colour by colour .
  9. Thank you will try that this evening
  10. hi yes, I have 2 controllers one is the Bafang 48v 22a LD-AK-OO7 which has the higo connector it was my plan to install this, unfortunately, I can not get the pedal assist to work and you said I think I need a new assist sensor so I ordered 2 I'm stuck because I have no idea which pedal assist sensor will work or is compatible with this controller if anybody has a link to such a pedal-assist I would very much appreciate it. I'm sure one of them will work with my other controller the KT controller, but I have the new bafang controller and I would like that to work
  11. Ok I'm sure the pedal assist sensor is fried ,so I've ordered 2 more hopefully this will solve the problem. The one with the yellow 3 pin connector I hope will be compatible with the Bafang controller, and the second I have ordered has a sm plug connector again with different colour wires .any advice on whether any of these 2 will be compatible or do i really need a pedal assist sensor specific to the controller.
  12. HI yes, I think I need a new pedal sensor, is there any special pedal sensor I need for this controller? if so please could you recommend the correct pedal sensor my sensor is on the right crank side, but I guess it doesn't matter which side it is placed on as long as it works.
  13. I know but every other combination gives absolutely nothing,so I'm going to re solder the connection just to check nothing is loose
  14. This is my pass connector from the bike ,from the controller only red to blue and black to black give a solid red light .
  15. I've tried them all red to orange black to black white to blue.red to blue black to black white to orange red to orange white to black red to blue .
