Not really my market, but the bikes look decent for the money. Quite a few businessmen have thought they could buy a container of bikes from China and make a quick killing. Most are never seen again. One of the reasons the likes of woosh and Kudos are well thought of on here is they've been around for years.

There was quite a lot of that over in Shanghai at China Cycle 2018. Our management team is experienced, and from within the industry, a bike designer, e-bike specialist and marketeer.

May 17, 20196 yr Just saw the eez fold @ Winstanleys warehouse next to Heinz in Wigan. Very, very nice looking bicycle. Beautifully finished frame. Surprisingly light to pick up. Very tidy. Almost caused buyer's remorse (collecting Dawes Kingpin).

June 18, 20196 yr I have recently become the proud owner of a Ezego Commuter Ex Ladies bike and would recommend it. The purple is a bit darker that the photos suggest but the bike has made my commute very easy. The hills no longer slow me down! For an ebike in the sub £1000 category it is much lighter than other bikes I considered, bigger battery and has proper gears so a reasonable ride even if the battery runs out (which seems unlikely). The guys at Ezego were very helpful with my purchase and part of the reason I am doing this post is it would have been useful to have had more reviews available from other owners.

January 21, 20215 yr I've not used that type of control panel before, so I'm not sure how you get into the settings. You could try all the normal ways, like press and hold both buttons for several seconds, then maybe again to get to the next level of settings.

What are the max rider/load weights for your bikes?
March 9, 20215 yr The control panel in the pic is the ezego version of 500c display used on the bafang kits. Ezego supply two versions of the display. A mono chrome one and a colour version. Unfortunately the cheaper Bafang colour 500c display has a slightly different plug so you need to buy the colour display from Ezego. Once you have the colour screen you can access the advanced menu on it. The Pin code is the same as the bafang displays and its widely know on the web :-) Once in that menu you can de-restrict the bike. But! I am not sure if there's a limit in the controller or if its the motor itself but the Ezego will max out about 18mph anyway. So is it worth voiding your warrenty?
