August 28, 20214 yr Hi there, First ever e-bike, had it a couple weeks. The motor constantly feels/sounds like it's constantly restarting every pedal rotation. It's not smooth and feels like if you were to move your foot constantly up and down on your car accelerator. Is this normal?
August 28, 20214 yr I would say that your pedal sensor isn't aligned properly. Have a look behind the chainwheel, where you'll see a black disc with magnets in it. That needs to rotate an even 1mm from the sensor. It ust sits on the shaft with friction, so it's easy to wiggle it into the correct position and alignment. It's also ust as easy to accidentally knock it out of line,
