Does Woosh Do Any Battery Repairs?

As Jimmy is sadly unwell at present, I wonder if Woosh undertake any battery repairs?

 

Alternatively, I see that Woosh now offer a 36V, 20AH battery with 21700 cells.

 

Will it fit my old Big Bear rack?
