Yep It looks like one of the Halls are shot, I emailed Bonnie at Xiongda and for £61.00 delivered (in only a few days) I am getting A NEW motor to pop back into my spoked hub plus a few hall sensors to try and repair the knackered one, I could have just waited for just the hall sensors But As...

Yes pointing downwards with a loop so drips are taken away, Had some nasty black grease given by my neighbour, he said it wont harden and is for high temp stuff.. he used it when he used to work on the trains.. so I used that... will post in a few days when tested

All re-assembled (did not rewire at this time) have not taken it out as its urinating it down outside, I now have good throttle noise and as well as can be tested in a small space without load, good pedal pickup, the motor is quiet and smooth and responds well although every now and then on...

Heated it up hammered off the cover, is also the internal outer drive that the three plastic drive wheels attach to hence being as tight as......It was.. dost the wire side now just tap out

Hi excellent post.. one slight problem, I don't have any screws on my hub and seem to be destroying the tabs trying to drift it open its a xionda ytw-03

Have had to use the bike all week. I have hydraulic brakes but still use the old sprung loaded brake sensor levers as a sort of clutch lever... I have huge hands so I can easily use both levers at the same time with the "clutch" lever cutting power before brakes applied.. looks odd but works...

That's good to know I will have to wait till the weekend and try and get into the hub, It has 4 notches on the gear side It looks like the wire will have to be removed to sort it out, I have no choice today have to use the bike without power...And its Raining.....

When I use the throttle or pedals it now starts normally then a knocking noise starts which turns into the original growling ...

I have a red and yellow wire that have been worn and I thought shorting against the axle as the wires were just showing a bit of metal and not touching each other ,for a temp fix I put a blob of silicone on them left it for a while, when I connected everything up I still have the problem...
