OK. Plan B, If you go back to my throttle pic you will see that a couple of wires are off the pcb. does anyone please either. Have a wiring diagram for PCB or could anyone tell me where each wire goes? Cheers guys

Thanks for the reply d8veh tried prodding and poking everything, had throttle off, slackened and tightened every wire and cable all to no avail. Must be something IN the front wheel but not sure I am 'technical' enough to tackle it.
