Is there a Tongxin expert in the house?

Motor ring Hi We have some replacement rings - but it is a "bit of a bugger" fitting them and requires a special tool (which we have) or we can sell you a new motor to swap the inners into your wheel. Feel free to give me a call. Martin Jackson Home page 0845 094 2735

    Electric Brompton stopped working.

Motor judder Hi From our experience of the motors and sound of your problem - it is most likely to be a bad connection of one of the 3 wires to the motor. Sorry a few days late - sounds like you have already fixed the problem. Martin The Electric Wheel Company

Electric Wheel Companys replacement batteries ?

4Ah Battery Ours is a 4AH Lithium Iron Phosphate - using 5c rated prismatic cells (x 12) to give up to 20A discharge. Looks like the ping battery with blue heatshrink and includes BMS. Will take and post a picture - but fits perfectly in brompton rear pocket.

    Brompton Fork widening & cutout

Forks We would also not recommend grinding the axle down. We have done a couple of conversions on titanium brompton forks and have not had any problems with the adjustment needed. The Titanium forks are in fact more springy than the steel ones and need to be pulled out further than the steel...

    A salutary tale

Pedelec rules We found this problem with speed sensing pedelecs. There is an inebriation delay whilst the controller works out what us going on. We refuse to supply pedelec kits without brake cut out levers as we don't like the idea of people not stopping when coming up To junctions. It...
