Possible Stolen nano Brompton

Has anyone lost a nano Brompton - there is one on ebay at the moment without battery or charger which is always a little suspicious.

from the pics., this is definitely an ElectricWheelCompany Brompton, as it has the electrified luggage block, and nobody else does that as far as I know

the seller doesn't seem to know anything about the bike, which really makes it suspicious, and possibly comes form a house burgalary...

really bad situation, which could end up a nice Xmas present for someone

There *might* be a reasonable explanation along the lines it was given to the seller in payment for a debt, but all the alarm bells are ringing with this one. Zero-rated seller, too.

A message is popping up on the various boards and emails as you say Dan.

Its good to alert people if it has indeed been stolen.

Having said that it has 18 bids on it!

There was a simlar thread about a rare Moulton ebay dodgy listing recently and someone stated that if you purchased the bike back knowing it was stolen from you, you could be done for receiving

I noticed the auction ended with bidding up to just over £400.

For that price I just can't believe its genuine
