    Battery charging

Hello Just bought myself a Carrera Crossfire and it has a 36V 11.5ah battery fitted. I want the battery to last as long as possible (as we all do) so any tips from experts on how to do this? My commute is going to be 7.5 miles each way and I can charge at work if I need to. I guess I'm...

    Looking for a new e-bike

Complete change of direction and I've now chosen a Carrera Crossfire! It's just like my current bike but with the motor so it feels very comfortable and my test ride put a smile on my face :-) I know it's Halfords so life isn't perfect but fingers crossed I won't need much customer service...

    Looking for a new e-bike

Sounds good, thanks for the advice. My biggest issue though is that I emailed them on Tuesday night and still have had no response... I'm not a fan of that sort of customer service.

    Looking for a new e-bike

Just looked. Again, my pickiness strikes! I like a low crossbar rather than a high crossbar or step through! Thanks for the suggestion though.

    Looking for a new e-bike

Thanks for this. I think I'm too picky with the look of the bike to go for the Lithium although you are right about stock of e-bikes in Evans from what I can see on the website. Most that I like are out of stock or not available until mid May...

    Looking for a new e-bike

I do prefer the style of the Cube and they all have the Bosch motor I think which I'm leaning towards. I could probably get to York, do you do test rides?

    Looking for a new e-bike

Hi All I'm back on the forum after many years away... Bought my first e-bike in April 2011 and can see that things have moved on a lot since then! Mine was a JuicyBike Sport and I loved it but then I moved to a new area where I could use a 'normal' bike so sold it 3 years ago. But now I'm...

    2 New Juicy Bikes

Well, I have had it for 6 weeks now and absolutely love having an electric bike! I must have done about 100 miles now and have ridden it to work at least once every week, and often more. The hill climbing ability is fantastic and I love racing off the lights with the throttle assist!! I...

    Really want an electric bike!

Hi Penny Really sorry, I've not been on here for ages - I've been having too much fun on my bike!! I am finding the JuicyBike Sport absolutely fantastic for my commute. It takes me 22 minutes every day (if not a bit less) and I find that I can put more effort in if I want to or just sit...

    2 New Juicy Bikes

I went, I tried a JuicyBike and I've now got a JuicyBike Sport 2011 sitting in my pantry! I loved the bike, found peddling up the hills very easy and decided not to even try anything else but just to buy! I'm going out on my first proper ride on my bike this morning, so will keep you all updated...

    Really want an electric bike!

Well, I am now the proud owner of a JuicyBike Sport 2011!! Went to see Bob in Buxton yesterday, had a test drive, loved the bike and brought one home with me! I'm heading out to the park this morning to get some more time in on it - I'm very excited!!

    2 New Juicy Bikes

Cool! I might come and take a look at the weekend because my parents live in Congleton, which isn't too far away, so I can pop in on them too! Do I need to do anything to book a test ride? And what are your opening hours? I like the sound of the discounted, brand-new bikes.....might be...

    Really want an electric bike!

I live in Bradford, West Yorkshire, where there are lots of hills!! Only have a 4 mile commute to work so would love to cycle, it's just the hills that would be a killer for a normal bike. Can't afford a brand new bike when I don't really know how enjoyable I will find cycling, so looking...

    X6 Powerbyke

Hiya, would you be willing to travel with the bike to meet? I'm in Bradford, West Yorkshire and like the look of the bike but can't really justify coming all the way to Norwich for it! Is it easy to transport in a car? :)
