Thanks Malkie and Alan for your time.Had to snip off spade connectors and then the hard work started getting batteries out of case.Think Gorilla glue was used.Vbat looks good and they have 12 volt 14ah for £118.Thanks again.

Thanks for your reply Alan.Just had another look inside battery pack and realised I do not need to change the wiring as first thought to fit batteries seen on the net.Same question applies though will batteries of same ratings and sizes operate my e bike even though the description does not...

I'm for selling these bikes explaining batteries need replacing unlike original seller.Wife does not want to saying replace one battery pack and seeing the result.I am still reluctant as battery replacement does not guarantee bikes will work.What do you think?
