Useful on solo bikes for a very wide range too, and as low as 4mph to 20 mph for a load carrying bicycle.

Nice! I've been using the CMS 11-42 cassette for over 300 miles so far and they've been good, quiet, reliable. When the time comes to replace it, this will be my new cassette!
