Ordered Li -ion 48V 20Ah, delivery note says 3.2V 10A
Before using this battery, I need to know if I have the item that I ordered
double cell would give say 15 x 3.2 = 48, current output?

Perhaps a link to what you ordered might help.

I expect there's a capacity limit for shipping, so the test report shows the battery as being under this. I've had similar test reports with chinese batteries.

That's one monster of a battery. It must weigh 12kg. What are you going to use it for?

Not at all
Dimensions of metal case:L34.5, W15, H 8cm. Wt 4Kg
Manufacturer's spec:20Wh per cell, 100Wh per battery
I still do not relate this to 48V & 20Ah

Did you put it on the scales to weigh it. My 36v 10ah Headway battery weighs 4 kg. It has 12 10ah cells. Yours should have 32, so should be 2 1/2 times heavier. Also, it should be 33wh per cell.for 1056wh total. The 100wh is only for the shipping paperwork because that's the maximum you can send.

Yes I did weigh it, apart from that from what you say I am still not convinced I have the battery I ordered.

If you weighed it, what is the weight? Are you saying it's really 4kg?

maybe, but I wanted 20Ah! Nothing printed on the metal case.
You can check the size of the cells easily.
38120 cells are 38mm wide, 120mm high.
If not, give us the dimension of the pack or post picture we'll check for you.

that case holds only about 48V 10AH in LiFePO4 top.
I don't think they sent the right battery.
