Hi I've converted a 250watt geared rear hub motor to work sensor less, by welding the clutch and using a sensor less controller.
It works quite well but judder a little on hard acceleration.
I'm considering fitting hall sensors on a pre soldered board.
Would I have to 'mill' out the stator for a flush fit or can they be fitted in the stator slots.
Any help appreciated, thanks in advance
