Great Service from Frank Curran at powabyke

I want to say how great and helpful Frank at powabyke has been to us.

Frank Curran had contacted me through pedelecs form and helped arrange for me to buy a great X24-21" powabyke all the way from Bristol, the reason for "all the way" because i live in cyprus and we emailed and discussed my needs, delivery and payment details and bought the bike.

On saturday after i paid for the bike via telephone i gave a london address for the bike delivery, we received the bike very fast first thing on monday morning at my cousins home address via TNT delivery.

Frank has been very informative down to the most complex of Questions from me

I have been riding a powabyke Euro 6 speed for 4 years now and never had a problem with it, i just charge-ride-charge-ride they are so reliable. Now with the new lighter powabyke x24 i am looking forward to cycling for years.
