Haibike Sduro electric problem

Hello,
My Haibike Sduro always worked perfectly for almost a year. Then I didn't use it for some weeks before sending it to maintenance, without the removable electric parts. When it came back, I mounted the fully charged battery and the board computer and pushed the start button. Absolutely nothing happened. I cleaned all connectors and tried again. Nothing. What can be wrong ?

First I would make sure the display clicks in place when remounting it. You probably have done this but I must mention it just in case. Unless there is an obviously damaged section of exposed wiring, I have no idea. The only other connections are on top of the motor inside the frame. Ask the shop if they dropped the motor to have a look inside. An inexperienced person may have pinched a wire reassembling.

Check the battery it may have a sleep mode. Putting it on charge for an hour may wake it if it has.

Good morning ! Thanks to your good advice, the problem is solved. I put myself to sleep and recharge. The next morning, I found that the board computer did not connect, because the piece that holds it was remounted the wrong way around during maintenance. Turned it around, all ok. Thanks again !
